Amazon Seller Services is a critical division of Amazon Inc., dedicated to assisting sellers in growing their businesses by leveraging high-quality Amazon capabilities. In this role, you will be working closely with Indian retailers, offering them services to enhance their business operations.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Understand and articulate the functions and benefits of GlowRoad services to sellers.
- Acquire new sellers across various categories, ensuring optimal listing prices and establishing long-term partnerships.
- Identify potential sellers and industry verticals.
- Perform quality checks on new seller acquisitions (Pricing & Catalog Check).
- Propose solutions for growth, build relationships with internal and third-party teams, and provide training on services.
*Basic Qualifications:*
- B.Com/BBA or equivalent degree required. Masters or MBA is a plus.
- 2-5 years of field experience in e-commerce industry, particularly in new sellers/brands acquisition.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
- Prior experience in working with top enterprise/high-growth startups.
- Successful track record in large deal negotiations.
- Strong market understanding and ability to navigate manufacturers and wholesalers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in handling and acquiring sellers in fashion, home, kitchen, and accessories categories.
