Description:
The Senior Financial Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in finance operations, focusing on vendor relationship management and process improvement. This role demands strong problem-solving skills, proactive issue resolution, and effective collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Addressing complex vendor queries promptly and effectively
- Identifying and resolving underlying issues at the root cause
- Coordinating with internal teams to understand and resolve vendor-related matters
- Engaging with internal stakeholders to manage vendor inquiries
- Prioritizing competing tasks efficiently
Basic Qualifications:
- B2 certification in German language
- Proficiency in both German and English (Written & Verbal)
- Graduation Degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in time-critical processes
- Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience with Oracle Financial Application (OFA)
- Expertise in supplier/vendor payment queries
- Experience in large organizational settings
- Background in Account Payable/Finance processes
- Familiarity with 6 Sigma Methodologies (Participation in Lean Projects, Quality Circles, and Creative Work Groups)
