We are seeking an Analyst with expertise in Arabic language, encompassing both written and spoken communication skills. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Studies, or a related field, and possess 2 to 4 years of experience in Accounts Receivables or other customer-facing departments. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Additionally, the candidate should excel in providing exceptional customer experiences, be a team player with good interpersonal skills, and demonstrate an ability to take initiatives, meet tight deadlines, and effectively prioritize workloads. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is also a prerequisite for this role.
*Key Responsibilities:*
As a Disputes Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Amazon’s customers by assisting in the resolution of billing issues, reconciliation of accounts, and actively contributing to dispute resolution targets.
