As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with consumer brands and manufacturers to facilitate their seamless integration into our platform. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with industry leaders and internal/external stakeholders to execute our vision effectively. This role involves working closely with local brands, explaining our services, assisting in enrollment processes, and ensuring brands' successful participation in our program. Additionally, you'll be responsible for handling queries from a diverse set of brands, understanding Amazon's fulfillment channels, and guiding brands in implementing operational processes crucial for program adoption.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for brands and manufacturers onto our platform.
- Communicate how our service works and assist with operational processes for quick enrollment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, manage brand queries, and coordinate with internal teams for solutions.
- Conduct deep dives into seller/brand concerns, identify pain points, and document them for resolution.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for seamless account management.
*Basic Qualifications:*
- 1+ years of sales experience
- Bachelor's degree
*Preferred Qualifications:*
- 2+ years of sales experience
