Overview:


As an Account Health Support Specialist at Amazon, you'll play a vital role in ensuring top-notch support for our Sellers on the platform. Your focus will be on providing timely and accurate operational assistance, anticipating Seller needs, and contributing to innovative self-help tools. You'll be the key liaison between Amazon and our valued business partners.


Key Responsibilities:


- Provide exceptional operational support to Sellers on the Amazon platform.

- Address chronic system issues and suggest process improvements.

- Develop internal documentation and work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Adhere to service level agreements for phone and email cases.


Basic Qualifications:


- Minimum B2.2 level Italian Language Certification (C1 preferred).

- Proficiency in both written and verbal English and Italian languages.

- Strong investigative skills to identify root causes of metric issues and offer viable solutions for Sellers.

- Awareness of how your actions impact the buyer experience and Amazon’s potential for bad debt.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or alternative start-end times.

- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

- Ability to compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written and verbal responses.

- Embrace change with flexibility and a positive attitude.
